Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage subscription). You'll retain access until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your nutritional data and history are kept even if you switch to the free plan. You'll only lose access to Premium features (history beyond 30 days, exports, etc.).
How do withdrawal rights and refunds work?
On web, Premium access starts immediately after payment. If you request immediate access and acknowledge the possible loss of withdrawal rights, we do not offer voluntary refunds. This does not limit your legal rights for billing errors, lack of conformity or other applicable guarantees. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by each store.
What's the difference between Free and Premium photo logging?
Premium gives you more accurate nutrition estimates, better handling of mixed dishes and deeper micronutrient detail. On Free you can still log manually and use the daily photo quota.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Quarterly and annual plans offer a discount in exchange for paying upfront, but you can still cancel.
How does priority support work?
Premium users receive a response within 24 hours (business days). Free users receive support within 72 hours.
