Immediate digital access
Premium plans are digital services with immediate access. Before paying on web, you must expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, you may lose the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Legal withdrawal right
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content or services with immediate access, that right may be lost if the user expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
Billing errors and lack of conformity
If you notice a duplicate charge, wrong amount, technical fault attributable to Trakiafit or legal lack of conformity, contact us so we can investigate and apply the legally appropriate remedy.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from the web billing portal or from the store where you purchased. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period that has already started.
Founder Deal
Founder Deal is a one-time digital access payment. Because it activates immediately, the same immediate-access and withdrawal rule in this policy applies.
App Store or Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund policies. Trakiafit cannot directly process refunds for purchases made in those stores.
